What I find interesting:
Empathic accuracy — the ability to read what another person is actually feeling — isn’t just a soft skill. It’s neurological, learnable, and it turns out most of us are worse at it than we think, especially across cultures.
Why read it:
If you’ve ever walked away from a conversation wondering why it felt off, this book gives you a framework. It changed how I listen — less waiting to speak, more actually receiving.
